She Can Be
She Can Be, part of The Lord Mayor’s Appeal charity, is a full-day event dedicated to preparing young women for the future world of work. Aspirational 14–18-year-olds are selected through partnering networks such as Place2Be, Teach First and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Through visits to organisations and interactive sessions and talks, they learn about business and develop confidence and skills in communication, leadership and problem-solving.
